Money taken but no product
Order and payment taken, indicated the product was shipped, no tracking and no delivery. No response to emails yet. I think the company was recently bought by someone else and I worry that this might be what's causing issues. To be honest, if I had this experience and read these reviews on here, I'd be worried I was dealing with a scam company. It's a shame, the product and experience used to be great. Update (3 days after their response): Still no follow-up. They've still got my money. And I've still not been shipped what they charged for. I think it's really synical and sneaky to just say "technical difficulties". When your taking money and ignoring customers, you owe a better explanation that technical difficulties. Updated (16/06): The email was sent and found in my spam. Your emails haven't previously been blocked by my filter. It was only fair I updated this to include that it was sent by you.
