Order cancelled, No refund
I placed an order with One Delivery Welwyn Hatfield on Friday 23rd March. Admittedly the order was placed 15 minutes before closing time, so we received an email stating that the order was cancelled. We were told that we would receive a refund for the order within 2 days but we are still yet to receive it. I have tried contacting my local franchise via telephone and email multiple times and I have not received any response. The phone number I call is always unavailable and even the message I have sent on Facebook has been ignored. Update: I still have not received any update from the franchise owner. No email response or refund.
