Master tech... neg reviews are concerning
I have been reading reviews on this place because li am contemplating buying a vehicle from you. The problem is I see to many negative reviews and generic responses to them from drive time recommend calling customer relations but the problem is people are saying your company is not helpful and gives people the run around when calling your CR dept. Yet you don't respond addressing these claims.. when they say they have purchased a lemon you g8ve another generic response about 30 day warranty or 5 day return policy even though a bunch of major issue generally don't show up until the vehicle has had some drive time yet people are even saying your not honoring that 30 day policy and you repeat same generic response... so I have been a master tech for years now and I have worked in dealerships and used car businesses i know the game I also know things are some times missed that's just a tech being human.. the problem is when it's not fixed for the customer which even if it 1 out of 10 customers that get stuck with that lemon I'm sorry I don't wanna take that chance.. you have a lot of good reviews but the negative ones are very concerning
