We ordered a patio dining set from the Shrewsbury store, it arrived on time and is a lovely set. The problem was that one of the cushions was missing so we phoned the store and was told someone would get back to us to arrange delivery. After a week we hadn’t heard from them so we phoned again and was told the same, still nobody called, again we phoned and again we were told the same thing. On the fourth time of calling they finally arranged for a cushion to be sent. I know it’s only a cushion but when you’ve paid a lot you expect everything to be there, mistakes happen but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the feeling of being ignored. We have always visited Charlies and have always been happy with the service and the products, but why it took so long to sort out a simple problem is letting down an otherwise good company.
