BONAFIDE DAMAGED BAGGAGE CLAIM REFUSED

My wife and I travelled to Canada and upon returning to Perth, WA, both our suitcases were badly damaged. 1 Cover refused an assessment based on no receipt for the 2 year old suitcases. They are a terrible company and their system you have to use to make a claim is almost impossible to use. They make it so VERY, VERY difficult on purpose so that you give up trying. 1 Cover deserve a "0 STAR" - NOT 1

I attempted to make a damaged bagged…

I attempted to make a damaged bagged claim. The ONLY method of contact is by phone, no email available to you to claim. When I telephoned them in Perth, Western Australia, I was told I had to telephone Vancouver, Canada. I have refused to do that. THIS IS VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE. JAL are not helpful and have no intention to assist you with a baggage claim.
