This company is very dishonest and what I received were 2 rings of poor quality. One piece was junk - I ordered a size 7 and it arrived as an adjustable ring, like out of a bubble gum machine, and the smallest it would adjust to is a size 8 or larger. The return policy on the website states: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact customer service for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return Policy: *All items must be returned in their original selling condition, * unworn, washed or altered, with all tags still attached. *All items must be returned with the original packaging. *All items must be returned in one package. * Returns must use the same service as the original delivery. *Custom items cannot be returned. Return defective or incorrect items To return damaged or incorrect items, please do the following: (1) Contact our customer serviece team via email (2) Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the The order number assigned to the relevant item is available. Once we have received your email and assessed the damage, we will contact you to determine your desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. That all sounds good, but the reality is that they did not disclose, until I was emailing back and forth with them, that the returns have to be shipped to China! By the time I do that with insurance and paying for a return receipt, it will cost more than the two rings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be disputing this purchase through my credit card company.
