Poor experience
I had 2 implants fitted in October 2021 and crowns fitted in May 2022. There was ongoing problems with pain and bleeding in the gums. The practice wanted to be given chance to put things right. Over 2 years of remedial work with 19 appointments was carried out, there was 2 further sets of crowns, surgery to open the gums up to see if there was any infection (there was none). I was told my options were more crowns or remove the implants. Reluctantly I decided on the latter option which made sense given that original symptoms were still present. Implants were removed in May 2024 and had to fight to get my money refunded. During my treatment there was difficulty getting appointments, they cancelled booked appointments on a few occasions, they rang the day before an appointment to inform me they had changed the appointment time. Some of the reception staff were lacking in empathy and rude if challenged about appointments. This is my personal experience, don’t let it be yours and go elsewhere.
