Good customer service post complaint
Updated: a TrustPilot review finally led to a resolution for the challenges I had with Zima Dental with excellent service from Emily from that point onward. It is a shame that the standard service was so so poor up to then. To help others; Zima pods come with 3 point plugs in the UK with no shaver plug option, if you need to do a return it must be initiated with photos showing seals within 30 days. Responses to customer service emails are (currently) very slow and following up makes them drop to the bottom of their queue. Original: shocking customer service. Product not fit for purpose as a bathroom appliance due to 3 pin plug being fitted. Emails not replied to for 2 weeks. Returns gated via email and no instructions provided as to what is required. Computer says no attitude when replies finally come in.
