Very Poor Support
I am part way through the Future Fit Gym Instructor Level 2 and Personal Training Level 3 qualification and whilst the content seems pretty good, the e-learning platform and the support and responses to questions is very poor. Right from the start I was unable to log in and so starting the course was very delayed as it took so long for Tech support to contact me... I had to phone in the end and wait in a call queue for 40 mins to speak to someone. I was told that the delay in response was due to them transitioning to a new system which I understood and that my issue was that their new system was not working well with Mac devices - which all of my devices were. Anyhow, I eventually got going, but the system is limited. Simple things like changing password is not possible and so I have to keep looking up the original computer generated password (basically numbers!) that I was issued to log on so can't put my own familiar one in. The frames to view some of the content don't work on iPads... part of the content screen is cut off. It happens on mac laptops but I can adjust it on the laptop, not on the Mac. I wrote to tech support asking for support with this on 11th May and by 25th still had no response so had to write again. I have also found the roadmap hard to navigate, its a bit confusing to know what course I need to do next as there is a list of courses on my learners portal, some that are not applicable to my programmes and they are in random order so I can't just work through them in linear order. It's disappointing as I had a great chat with the sales person originally and it seemed as though personal support was a key feature for Future Fit which is why I opted for this course over the others, even though this was almost double the cost. It's such a shame as the support, personal and technical is really letting this down and is just such a vital factor in virtual learning. Prior to applying I had just completed my ITEC course with Brighton Holistics and they were the opposite with regards to any questions and support, they gave such a speedy and personal response for a course a quarter of the price.
