Customer service let down
It's a shame really. I live in a student house and recommended Grubby to my flat mates after really enjoying the first box(although overpriced for the food you get). They all signed up to the first but because we're in the same house, they cancelled one of my mates and they've messed his order up this week and charged him full price without his 60% off and made it so one week he didn't have food. But they also deleted all the credit I had for January so I've lost the £100 credit. So upsetting. They emailed me too and never replied. Annoying because I loved the food but the customer service is severly lacking. I'll go back to mindful chef or plant hood (highly recommend!!) or better yet, buy the food yourselves and do it cheaper!
