Late delivery
I ordered a case with an Easter pack of food. I thought it would reach me in time (ordered 2 weeks before Easter weekend) but it didn't arrive until 2 days after Easter by which time my visitors had gone back home. Giordano are great value with a usually good delivery time but in this case they let me down.
