So far so good but early days!
Have just signed up over the phone for two gas accounts in Hobsons Bay Area in Victoria. The usage and supply rates quoted and verified in email were significantly cheaper than those offered on the website or energy compare sites. The customer service person was very helpful and reasonably efficient. Will be monitoring the price increase inJy authorised by the government despite promises to reduce energy pricing as the customer service person was unable to state what the increase will be. There are quite a few horror stories in the low rating feedback area but for me, initially at least the pricing is worth the risk for now anyway!
