Despite asking for my delivery to be…
Despite asking for my delivery to be postponed (as I was away) and receiving confirmation of the new delivery date the wine was delivered to a neighbour on the original date. One carton was missing and my order history showed that it had been damaged in transit. I have contacted Vinatis customer service 15 times and had no response. They have my money and I have no wine. Dreadful service. Not sure how to reclaim my money? It feels like I have been robbed. I never normally leave poor reviews as I generally have patience but I really am stuck as to what to do?
