Poor customer service
Order made on 15.5.24 and confirmed and money taken from my account. E mail received on 16.5.24 saying items on way and I would be able to track order but no tracking number. 2 e mails sent requesting tracking number but both ignored. Their Web form questionnaire completed in which I have raised my concerns that items possibly out of stock as this appears to be common practise looking at other reviews. Awaiting reply. Also when you call number on website, it connects you to an 091 number. Most odd. Should I not get satisfactory reply by end of business today, I will be seeking consumer advice etc and contacting my bank re chargeback after the appropriate time has lapsed. Be aware!
