Great machine, Excellent customer support!!
The compact machine we purchased is well-manufactured and works exceptionally well. We encountered an issue with our initial machine and reached out to customer support. They were extremely responsive and promptly arranged for a new machine to be delivered while coordinating the pick-up of the faulty one. I would like to give a huge shout-out to Sarah for her outstanding assistance throughout this process!
