Mr Emergency is Metro Plumbing stay away from them
Whilst I called a company called Mr Emergency for a roof leak Metro Plumbing and Gas van arrived that should have been the first hint that I was not getting a reliable/trustworthy tradie, the guy was pleasant enough and I don’t blame him he is obviously told what needs to be done or not done in my case I was told they would arrive between 7am and 11 am He arrived at 14:25 Long story short he quoted $890 to investigate the roof leak and then he could evaluate the repair needed So I’ve paid $144 call out fee now wants $890 and still the problem wouldn’t be fixed. Needless to say I didn’t use them. The next day I managed to get a reputable roof fixer who didn’t charge call out fee or investigative fee and has booked me in to repair How do these guys sleep at night So beware Mr Emergency is Metro just in sheep’s clothing and possibly other names in Perth.
