Painful support and subscription management

The star is for quality of the vitamins which are genuinely good. However the customer support is really short sighted. The subscription management functionality changed and reactivated an old subscription that was previously inactive. I was billed double what I was expecting in December and sent vitamins I did not want - and was actually advised by their ‘nutritionist’ that these were not suitable for me. When I asked customer service to refund me I was told I’d have to return the goods at my own cost. Interacting with their team has been painful. I’ve been a subscriber for well over a year but am now looking for alternatives as they refused to refund me for vitamins I did not want and will not take. Really poor experience that will ultimately cost this business a lot more than the £31 refund I requested for goods I did not order. Be better
