Took my 3-year-old to eat a Bob Evans…
Took my 3-year-old to eat a Bob Evans and I got a carry out order. Every single bit of it except for the roles in the gravy was horrible or potatoes wasn't even done! They still had a lot of time left if they needed to be cooked to be done. The rest of the food was just plain nasty. So I contacted customer relations and they apologize to me for my experience told me that they was going to send me a gift card so that my next visit with my daughter would be taken care of for the inconvenience and my experience. And I even have all the emails to prove this and I never received a gift card. I told them numerous times that there was an apartment number included in my street address and they still sent the card to the street address with no apartment number on it so the post office told me personally that if they did that the card got sent back to them. I hope that that makes them feel better to know that you're taking a single mother's money that couldn't afford it in the first place I just wanted to give my little girl a treat and I just after that experience I pretty much feel robbed of my money because of the way that the food was that I ordered I don't even think I would call it food. I understand that they get busy okay if you get busy tell your customers that tell them it's going to be a while longer on your order because we want to give it to you completely done we don't want to give it to you halfway done and have you chew on crunchy potatoes. We don't want to give you cold food when it's supposed to be warm. Even though that's what your money pays for we're not going to give that to you, and when you message customer relations back about your address and they ignore you that really makes me want to go back to Bob Evans and buy more food. It's disgusting I pretty much spent the money that I had on my three year old to eat and she didn't even get to eat it like I said Bob Evans to us that's a big treat because I'm poor dirt poor and you took my money!! Actually you took my 3-year-old's money it was a treat for her not me I could care less about myself. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for serving food like that and then lying and saying you're sending the gift card which you knew it was going to get kicked back to you (even if you really did send it in the first place because I don't believe that you did; not the way with customer service was treating me throughout the whole ordeal) which did you got sent back to you and instead of sending it out to me at the right address you just say forget it we don't care! I don't believe they sent it out in the first place I truly don't! So once again thank you Bob Evans for serving us nasty food that was undercooked and cold, and thank you for pretty much stealing my money, and thank your customer relations team for their good job on deceitful practices and rudeness they need to take a course on interpersonal communication, and how not to lie and not to ignore someone!
