I accidently ordered the wrong tea
I accidently ordered the wrong tea. Within minutes of placing the order I contacted them and asked if they could switch it. They said 'no, but they could try to cancel the order if they could find it'. When I got the ready to ship email, I contacted them and said this was to be cancelled. They let me know they couldn't find the order in time. Approximately 10 emails back and forth, they indicated I could refuse the package (that will be placed in my mailbox) and they would refund me. I don't trust that they would refund me when they have a computer system and should have been able to cancel the order. I have purchased a lot before. I doubt I will in the future unless they make this right.
