Not sure I know any other company with zero 5 stars and so many 1 stars. Seems they don't ever look on here to see how bad they are - How can a CEO/MD have so little care for paying customers. People should stop using - My delivery date is today and still showing in Dartford and no idea when will be delivered - I thought Hermes and Yodel were bad but these are the pits - should not be in business. You know when the company is so bad, when they do not have a complaints team due to them having so many of them. Lets see what the driver advises when he received the package for delivery( (if it ever turns up)
